Other Details

We are engaged in supplying any amount of pure liquid nitrogen to our clients. It is liquefied atmospheric gas formed industrially in large volumes by fractional distillation of liquid air. This is Pure Liquid Nitrogen which is possible only at an extremely low temperature. It is a colorless clear liquid with density of 0.807 g/mL at its boiling point and 1.4 dielectric constant. LN2 is the common abbreviation used for referring liquid nitrogen has the UN number 1977. Pure Liquid Nitrogen boils at 77 K (-196 °C; -321 °F) at an atmospheric pressure. Being a cryogenic fluid, it can cause rapid freezing on contact with living tissue leading to frostbites. If stocked up in vacuum vessels, liquid nitrogen can be stored and transported, when properly insulated from ambient heat. In these vessels, by slow boiling of the liquid the low temperature is held constant at 77 K which results in the development of nitrogen gas. The holding time of the flasks ranges from a few hours to a few weeks, depending on the size and design.

The various specifications and details of Pure Liquid Nitrogen are enlisted below:

Purity of supplied liquid nitrogen (LN2): 99.999 %
Cater to orders ranging from 26 liters to 10,000 liters
Well equipped with transportation tanks and vehicles fitted with tanks ranging from 200 liters to 10000 liters

Handling & Storage:
It is mandatory to store and use this product with adequate ventilation rather than a confined space. To control internal pressure, cryogenic containers are equipped with pressure relief devices. These containers will occasionally emit product under normal conditions.

DOS:
A suitable hand truck should be used for container movement
Containers should be handled and stored in an upright position.
Use piping and equipment designed to withstand the pressures to be encountered
Use a check valve or other protective apparatus on gas withdrawal systems, in any line or piping from the container to prevent reverse flow
Use only transfer lines designed for use with cryogenic liquids
It is recommended that all vents to be piped to the exterior of the building or to a well ventilated indoor space
