M/S  ARVIND METALCAST INDUSTRIES  , a well equipped foundry, was established in 1980 at Ahmedabad and over the last 32 years, it developed a high reputation of it has developed a high reputation as manufacturers of quality NON FERROUS CASTINGS in alluminum base alloys and copper base alloys like gun metal, tin bronzes, alluminum bronzes, manganese bronzes etc of various grades, It is equipped with a rotory furnace ( 500 kg /batch of aluminum ), two nos of tilting crucible furnaces ( 600kg/ 500kg batches of copper alloys ), a stationary crucible furnace ( 150 kg/ batch of copper alloys), a 3T EOT crane, sand mixers etc and can make large castings upto 500 kg/pc wt of alluminum and 1000 kg/pc wt of copper alloy. It uses co2/mollasses processes for moulding and co2/ no bake processes for core making, and uses high quality materials like tested metals, coating/fluxing and uses sound methoding procedures for best quality castings.                      

This foundry caters the quality casting requirements of industries like induction furnace manufacturers ( upto 400 kg/pc wt alluminum side plates), dam gate bushes and    washer castings (upto 450 kg/pc wt), heavy alluminum piston castings for air compressors (150kg/pc wt), manganese broze impellers for marine applications ( 200 kg/pc wt),large    alluminum pattern castings, valve body castings, heavy beam plate castings for textile machineries etc.
