Arthtech Consultants Private Limited (ACPL) is a company promoted by two Professional Chartered Accountants-  Mr. Shekhar Agharkar and Mr. Satish Rayarikar having  rich experience of more than 25 years in the field of Accounts,Audit Finance and related areas. The Company is in operation since 1998. ACPL provides outsourced management services in the finance and commercial areas to customers as a Single Window Solution, thereby enabling them to concentrate on their core competence. The scope has been enlarged recently to include Legal as well as HR Outsourcing. ACPL has introduced its unique offering of IMOS - Integrated Management Outsourcing Solutions. We are offering Business Consultant, Company Law, Finance Consultant, Financial Accounting, Human Resource Consultancy, Legal Advisor, Legal Documentation Services, Payroll Services, Sourcing Services.

ACPL is providing services and adding value to the business of clients from different countries viz. Austria, Canada,  USA, France, UAE, Malaysia, who have set up either their 100% subsidiaries or are operating their  Joint Ventures  in India through their unique IMOS offering. Amongst the first clients was an Austrian Company -Steyr Daimler Puch AG (now Magna Steyr India).We are associated with and recommended by Osborne Clarke Germany (Prashant Mara-India desk). In Pune we are looking after the accounts of the Liasion office at Pune of Kettenwulf, Germany. 

ACPL provides on-site as well as off-site services.  In an on site assignment, depending on the requirements, necessary resources, both qualified and semi-qualified are deputed on a dedicated basis to take care of all the activities. One of the Directors of ACPL coordinates the whole activity.
