The Suction Unit: Suction unit is used along with LITHO-MED Digital and Intra Corporeal Pneumatic Lithotripter. The suction is easily done through hollow probes and hand switch for PCNL and URS. Salient Features: During the process of lithotripsy, fragmentation is done by obtaining distinct endoscopic vision. Besides, a safe stone location is revealed. The suction is provided for residual fragments, and for stone dust, during and post lithotripsy. General Instructions: It is very essential to sterile the hand piece and probe preferably by formalin or Cidex sterilization before use. The user must make sure that the sterilization cap should be placed on hand piece during sterilization. Before using the system, the surgeon must ensure that the system is in proper working condition, and the hand piece is duly assembled.
