We also manufacture 10 to 32 Meters Capacity Hydraulic Platforms of various specifications. These Hydraulic Platforms are structured with booms which are fabricated with light stiff boxes and mounted on a strong tubular column. Further these are fitted with pivot bushes which reinforce anchorage points for the cylinders.

Our Hydraulic Platforms have various features such as:

Slewing

We provide 360 degree of continuous Slewing in hydraulic motor and reduction gear drive. Further, these are accessible with large bearings for smooth operation and are controlled by fine restrictions in the circuit.

Operator’s Cage

We also provide reinforced fiber glass Operator’s Cage which is mounted on a steel cradle for water drainage.

Controls

We have controls for all operations, the stabilizer controls are provided for safety rooms only.

Hydraulic Rams

We have double hydraulic cylinders with tubes and chrome plated piston rods widely applicable due to various features such as smooth operation, long seal life and resistance against corrosion.

 

Safety Devices

Our organization also offers safety devices to prevent an overload and to ensure full safety of the operator and the equipment. The important safety devices are Stabilizer to boom interlocks.
