We are engaged in offering clients with an exclusive range of Arcominium (Aluminium Based Coating), which can be used as heat resistant coating for piping, furnace structures and chimneys. These have a bright metallic finish and are highly resistant against corrosion. Moreover, these can also be used in storage tanks as exterior coatings. The specifications of this product are as follows:
 

  • Shelf life : 12 months (if stored in sealed containers at room temperature)
  • Colour: Aluminium
  • Density at 25°C: 0.85 -1.00 gm / cc
  • Mixing Ratio : 80 :20 (By weight) Medium to Paste
  • Drying time at 25°C: Touch dry 5 - 6 hours
  • Hard dry 16 -18 hours
  • Overcoating interval: Minimum 18 hours
  • Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 25-40 microns / coat
  • Volume Solids: 25-35%
  • Coverage: 12-14 sq. mtT./KT.
  • Heat resistance : Upto 250°C (Dry)
