We are manufacturers and exporters of pinion gears. Pinion gears are used to transform rotational motion into linear motion. The entire system make use of a small round gear which is called pinion and a large flat gear called rack. The number of teeth in the pinion determines the speed of rotation. The more the number of teeth in the gear, more is the rotational speed. Pinion gear with less number of teeth provides higher torque. Used in cars and other machine drives with steering systems, we produce different types of pinion gears such as: Motor Gears Timing Gears Slewing Ring Gears Traction Gears Pump Gears- Spur or Helical. We use materials like Mild Steel, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel as per ASTM, BS, IS, AISI, SAE to manufacture pinion gears. Our pinion gears are also manufactured as per client's specifications.
