Among the various categories of PVC films, the PVC Lay Flat Tubing is quite remarkable for its multiple uses in various application of packing, covering and manufacturing of different utility products. It is available in both the forms i.e. transparent and opaque. Further, we make it available in wide range of grades on the basis of its softness and other specifications like regular, DSS, SS, Sticker, non- toxic and so on. PVC Lay Flat Tubing is used at length for packaging, manufacturing of bags and inflated toys, adhesive tapes and sticker. In addition to the above, the non-toxic grade is used in European countries as per EN -71 STD. Our PVC lay flat tubing is also offered in varied size color and thickness. Transparent and opaque PVC in tube forms available in various qualities depending on the softness and other specifications with different trade names as specified below:

Regular Quality – Regular stiff quality used in stationery.

DSS Quality – Medium soft quality used mainly for packaging.

SS Quality – Super soft quality used for packaging, bags etc.

Toy Quality – Extra soft quality used for inflatable toys.

Sticker Grade – Special quality used mainly for adhesive tapes and stickers.

Non-toxic Grade – non-toxic PVC used for European nations. (As per EN-71 Standard)

All the above qualities are available in various colors, thicknesses, sizes and width as per customer’s specifications.
