We bring forth an admirable variety of Pulse Jet Bag Filter that is acknowledged for filtration efficiency (upto 99.5%) and thus, high emission norms (15-50mg/Nm3). These filters have low pressure drop across Bag Filter system (80-150 mm WC). This filter has low power consumption of ID Fan owing to low DP across Bag Filter system. In the filter double diaphragm solenoid valves are utilized for ensuring efficient cleaning of Filter Bags.

Further, immaculate design of Bag Filter system, ensures efficient dust collection. These filters are acknowledged for sub micron particle collection. Owing to chemical and mechanical finish, these are known to increase the performance of Filter Bags. Further, ultra modern electronic devices are utilized for measuring and control of different process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, accumulation etc). Our firm designs Pulse Jet Bag Filter system up to 100000m3/hr that is appropriate for up to 260 Degree C for dust/fumes with acid/alkali content and fine micron sticky dust. To meet different application requirements, these are supplied in MS/SS-304/SS-316-L.
