We offer a wide array of Collecting Plates that can match all types of ESP like ACC, VT Corp, ELS-Elex, Thermax, Alstom etc. Dust Collecting Plates manufactured by us are made from rolled steel that are welded together for reducing the installation time at job site. Each plate is a combination of electrically charged electrodes. In these dust collecting bags positively charged plates acts as a magnet for pulling the particulate gas. These Collecting Plates contain both top and bottom stiffeners allowing better mounting and ability to deal with abuse from the rappers. We manufacture these plates with series of gas passages ranging from 30-35 inside the electrostatic precipitator shell and are placed parallel to the particulate gas coming inside. Collecting plates are made from rolled steel, and are welded together in the factory to reduce the installation time at the job site. Each plate contains electrodes which are positively charged. When the particulate gas enters the electrostatic precipitator and is struck with a negative charge electrode, the positively charged plates act as a magnet and pull the particulate gas to them
