Filng & charging instructions: Fill the battery with dilute. Sulphuric acid of specific gravity to maximum level indicated on the battery. The temperature of electrolyte should not exceed 30°c at tne time of filng and 50°c during charging. Keep the battery idle for 6hrs. Top up with the same electrolyte up to max. Level, if level is legs. Connect the battery to the charger. Ensure positive and negative terminals are connected to positive and negative terminals of the charger. This avoids reverse charging. Charge battery till you get constant specific gravity and voltage for 3 consecutive hourly readings. Ensure temp, of electrolyte during charging doesn't exceed 50°c. If the electrolyte level drops after charging top up with water fit vent plugs and dry it.
