Our Weber Set Firm is a polymer modified tile adhesive used for attaching a porosity * tile and natural stone such as marble, granite on new substrates.

Main characteristics:

It is a mixture ready for use, a single-component product

No slip is observed on vertical applications

Shrinkage cracks are minimized / eliminated because of its longer pot life

Greater quantity of material can be mixed at a time

tiles can be made available for foot traffic after 24 hours

It is recommended for doors and windows 

Use:

Clean the substrate oil stains and bond inhibiting compounds. Also remove dirt, dust and possibly milt jet of water at high pressure or using any other suitable method.

Make sure the substrate is flat, stable, adheres well and has normal absorption.

concrete slabs, making the work and block should be tightened sufficiently to prevent shrinkage cracks. Correct the ripple / local damage on the substrate at least 48 hours before applying the firm weber game.

Saturate the surface well and remove excess water before applying the tile adhesive.
