The only colourful parts inside the Colour Picture Tube, we are the # 2 makers of multiforms in the world,als called Glass Rods / Bead Glass. Our client list boasts of the leading tube makers in the world and 1 in 4 tubes sold in the world has a multiform made by us.

• They are used to hold and insulate the grids in the position at a high voltage. 
• Made from Glass Powder with very low co-efficient of expansion of approximately 27x10-7 o C.

Capabilities

From 8mm to 150 mm long, from plane to multiforms with steps / holes / dimples / notches , we make the complete range. As we make our own granulates power , we can make the multiforms in a variety of colours.

Equipments / capacities

We have 3 spray dryers with a capacity to granulate 80 tonnes a month, We have 7 automatioc and 20+manual presses with a capacity to press more than 30 million preforms a month.

We have 6 small and 4 large furnaces with a capacity to sinter more than 20 million multiforms a month.

We have modern Quality equipment's to control the quality of goods shipped including camera profile projectors and laser dimension - checking equipment. All pieces are packed as per specific customer requirements.
