ACTPL Vibrating Screen are designed and manufactured with modern technology on highly sophisticated machines and equipment to produce maximum output with minimum screen area and power consumption.

The screen will consists of: Screen Frame, Bolted & Welded Steel Structure, Drive Unit, Eccentric Shaft etc.

The vibrating screen are designed to make separation/filtration of crushed material for fine dust to oversized. The screen frame, a bolted and welded structure to accommodate the screen mesh and the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft housed with 2 nos. of heavy duty bearing having dust and water tight seal for the efficient operation and low maintenance.

The screen are driven by electric motor provided with the screen frame rests on four spring units provided with supports, so this eliminates jerk to the supporting system and to vibrate freely in a linear motion.

The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that is provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/screening of crushed material of different size simultaneously while separating over sized product.

The action of ACTPL Vibrating Screen is independent of burden of material. This is considered to be most silent feature which results in a very high ratio of through output per unit of the screen area.
