ALPHA GROUP is Pioneer of POF Shrink Film in India. We introduced POF shrink film in 2006 by installing state of the art , imported 5 layer - 2500 mm - Double Bubble Process Machine.

The process of double bubble is very unique, in which first the primary Baloon is formed and then after water quenched flat film is raised to 60 feet height and with the help of thermal heaters the secondary balloons with the stretching ratio of over 10 times is formed to produce. 12Micron--30Micron high shinning , high strength , high dart impact , strong 5-layer film.

With the help of various Slitting 

Machines and Folding Machines the finished single layer or (C) folded film is produced . The packaging of this specialty film comes with bubble film and high strength corrugated cartons.

The present capacity is of 125 metric Tonnes / Month and capacity will be doubled in 2012.150mm-1000mm, and thickness ranges from12microns-30 microns.
