Research and Variety Development are the backbone of Aleda Seeds, where every year we invest a large share of our total operating budget developing and introducing enhanced varieties.

Hundreds of varieties of different crops are grown annually for evaluation, with only a special few being selected for advancement. After evaluating on the research farm, an extensive trailing stage begins, which often takes several more years. These trials are conducted not only by us, but also by universities, government agencies, food processors, and fresh market distributors, in different regions within India in order to determine how each variety performs in that regional microclimate with local farming practices and environment.

Trial data is then collected with reference to plant structure, pod quality, colour, sieve size, disease resistance, heat tolerance, cold tolerance, days to maturity and yield. Once we are satisfied with the Indian performance, the seed is sent to our production growers for expansion to commercially saleable quantities and also sent abroad to begin the trialing and production process with our partners there. Aleda Seeds constantly deliver high quality vegitable seeds on time. At Aleda Seeds we belive two brains are always better than one. Therefore we along with the employees, farmers, distributors, food processors are constanly working together to improve the quality of life and the society as a whole. we are striving our focus on maximum quality output at minimum cost incidence.

Customization Facilities

We are working hard in the direction of meeting requirement of our customers’ through our range of quality products. Our range of products can be customized on the basis of the specifications and drawings provided by the customers. We have our own tool room where we have imported CNC machines where we make our own tools and are professional to make any tool in injection molding according to the requirement of customer provided they provides us the drawing or the dimension of the products.
