Band Cutting Machine
The band cutting machine is designed for measuring the length & grinding depth variation of Poly V Belts.
 
Main features of band cutting machine are listed below:

    To check the belt length & jump during running (i.e. grinding unevenness) for sizes ranging from 600 Li to 3000 Li.
    Variable loading of belts.
    Linear gauge & digital display of belt length.
    PLC with MMI for setting / checking Length /

Double Head Poly V Grinding
This machine is used for grinding & slicing of Poly V EPDM belts.

Main features of the machine are :

    Two water cooled grinding wheels for coarse and fine grinding.
    Servo control for both grinding heads and slicing heads.
    Motor driven brush for simultaneous cleaning of belt grooves.
    Belt slicing sizes : 3K to 18K

Belt Grading Machine
The Machine is designed for measuring the length & Grinding Depth Variation of Poly V Belts
