After a deep research in the processing carried out in oil sector we founded that the traditional method of extracting the oil would give a healthy as well as energetic life to everybody when we perform each and every task that is bonded to nature. Why to Use Wood Pressed Oil?

Before 50 years, people purchase oil from oil extracting unit that functions in the place where they reside. The Maidenhair tree is used to crush sesame, coconut and in order to extract the oil that can be used directly in the food. The maiden tree extracts oil from seeds at a low temperature i.e. about an average of fewer than 30 degrees which does not affect any individual on an attempt of using it. When the oil extraction temperature exceeds 30 degrees then it lacks the taste, flavor, and energy while using it in the food preparation.

Over the period of years, many private oil extracting units implemented tactically method along with the western culture in eliminating the traditional method of extracting oil. But then people now realized the benefits of using wood pressed oil which helps to maintain a healthy body.

Wood Processing Machine:

The wood processing machine can handle a capacity of 16 to 20 kg per hour. It requires a power of 3 HP and power consumed 2.2 unit per hour. The machine size is6 x 4 Feet (bedding space). It produces 7Kg groundnut oil and 9 Kg seek cake from 16 kg seeds. In the case of sesame oil it produces 7 Kg oil and 9 Kg seek cake from 16 Kg seeds. Similarly, for Coconut oil it produces 8.5 Kg oil and 7 Kg seed cake from 16 Kg seeds.
