Terms & Conditions PRICE: Above prices are FOR destination, inclusive of packing, forwarding, transportation, Excise Duty and Customs duty on Import Content. US DOLLAR PRICES CAN BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST. INSTALLATION & TRAINING CHARGES: Rs. 50,000/- would be charged per machine for installation and maintenance for the first year for the X-Ray Baggage machines and Rs. 3,00,000/- for the Conpass Body Scanner and Large Vehicle /Cargo Scanner. TAXES: VAT WOULD BE CHARGED ADDITIONALLY @ 12.5%. Any local taxes/ levies such as Entry tax, Consumer tax, Octroi, etc. shall be charged extra at actuals. INVOICING: Invoice shall be raised by our New Delhi Office after receipt of necessary entry pass/ road permit, as the case may be. PAYMENT: 90% Advance along with the confirmed order and balance 10% against delivery of the system. All payments are to be made by Demand Draft/ At par cheque in favor of ADCOM SECURITAS PVT LTD., payable at New Delhi ORDER PLACEMENT: Order should be placed directly on our Office . DELIVERY: 6 -8 weeks from the date of receipt of the confirmed order along with advance. WARRANTY: 12 months from the date of Installation & Commissioning or 15 months from the date of dispatch which-ever is earlier. VALIDITY: Our offer is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of quotation. ORIGIN: All goods are of UK/ USA origin.
