The following tools are used: ANSYS for structural mechanics, structural dynamics and thermo-mechanics ANSYS CFD for fluid dynamics VERICUT for machining ProCast for the mold filling and solidification simulation of the casting process In many industrial sectors engineers and designers have to make prognoses about how complex products will behave in reality. At ACTech, Engineering used the software package ANSYS for these prognoses. Structural mechanics, structural dynamics and thermodynamics are investigated. Typical analysis results of components are strength, stiffness, vibration behaviour and temperature distribution.
