We offer specialized range of Kirloskar green Silent Canopy that is available in numerous sizes. These are specifically designed in such a way that they reduce the sound level up to 75 decibels, which is an average as per IS 8528 Part 10. Kirloskar Green Silent Canopy offered by us also outperforms the stipulated CPCB norms of Government of India.

The Acoustic enclosure offered by us consists of the following parts:

Base Frame

    Fabricated using ISMC channel or in sheet metal
    Generally primer coated and painted
    New powder coated ivory color for enclosures and TATA blue for roof top and base is liquid painted


Fuel Tank

    The fuel tank is made out of 14SWG thickness CRCA MS sheets and is a part of the base frame. It is mounted on the base frame with a capacity of minimum eight hours.


Acoustic Insulation

    We use foam/resin bonded rock wool which is non-igniting and noise reduction in nature and is used to provide acoustic insulation. These are properly clamped to all the doors, roof and sides to absorb the noise.


Residential Silencer

    An absorption type non-resistance residential silencer which is insulated from inside with glass wool, is provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.


Ventilation System

    We also provide a suitably designed drought ventilation system with axial blower.


Vibration Insulation

    We also offer a specially designed shock absorber for vibration insulation, which is mounted between enclosure and feet of engine and alternator.
