History academy of art & design Are in this business for last five years, and is still in the growing stage. to this point the following has been accomplished A multi-skilled team has been formed. A prospective customer/client list has been drawn up and negotiations are underway with most of the clients for finalizing some deals. Strategy meetings are being held thrice a week. we are now able to adequately address the markets we have targeted. we have adjusted our staff and labour force, and have added the computerized drafting (cad) which is necessary to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Areas of Operation We currently have four operational divisions : 1. Architectural Division : Academy of Art & Design is currently developing two properties: Factory building at M.I.D.C, Rabale, New Bombay. A palatial bungalow at Chiplun (Ratnagiri). 2. Interior Designing Division : Academy of Art & Design is currently designing five sites: A three-bedroom hall kitchen flat at J.V.P.D (Juhu Scheme). A two-bedroom hall kitchen flat at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.
