Operation: The loaves of Bread, Rusks & Cakes are placed one behind the other on the feeding tray. All types of White & sweet Breads, Rusks can sliced without wastage or damage. Vertical running knives cut the loaves into equal thick slices as per requirement. The cut slices come out at the output end. They lie on the collecting tray ready to pack in wax paper or polythene bags manually. Construction: All steel welded construction grease packed heavy duty ball & Roller bearings for smooth & easy running. Blades individualy mounted under balanced tension. Changeble blades of special steel are fitted for slicing Bread Rusk and Cake for longer period, ensuring low maintainence.
