The double arm kneader gives bread a better crust, texture and flavour. Features: Machine is supplied with stainless steel bowl whichrotates at slow speed. The bowl can be removed if desired. It has two dough kneading arms which are also stainless steel. Single phase motor can be made available on request at an extra price.
