Dough Divider: Dough Divider machine can be used for all types of dough, which is equipped with two standard dividing pistons. The dough hopper can be filled either manually or with lifting &. tilling device depending on out put (no. of dough pieces per hour), the machine can be used either for manual removal of the dough pieces or in the scmi automatic bread plant. The Principal: The divider works on rotating drum Principal the measuring pistons moves in rotating drums, this means the dough is divided in the quickest way, and the dough pieces are ejected making use of the force of gravity. The amount of the dough conveyed can be adjusted to the required weight by means of a hand wheel. Operation: The dough reaches the dividing chamber from the hopper. After the chamber has been closed by the knife, the dough is coneyed into the measuring chamber by the main piston. The volume of this measuring chamber corresponds to the set dough weight. After the rotating drum has turned 90°, the dough piece is pushed out by measuring piston. As the rotating drum moves back, the dough piece is scraped off and drops onto the discharge conveyor. The discharge conveyor can be installed either on the left or right side depending upon the customer's requirement Dough Divider: Operation: The dough reaches the dividing chamber from the hopper. All moving parts are on bearing and brass bushes. Machine is covered with covers from all sides for safety precautions of avoiding any type of accidents. This machine requires very little space and foundation is not required.
