Dowell and anchor fastener is manufactured from the zinc alloy and mild steel and rest of them is incorporated from mild steel by Pressure Die Casting Process. It requires no grouting or cementing after the fixture is fixed, only a hole in the surface where the fixture is to be fixed is drilled and a expansion type fasteners of a correct design and size is used. The expansion type fasteners come in two main categories :
