Day 01: Alipurduar/Hashimara Rail Station – Jaigaon/Phuntsholing (altitude 6036ft)
Transfer to Phuntsholing/Jaigaon.Visit: Zangtho Pelri,Crocodile park, Kharbandi Monastery.
Day 02: Jaigaon/Phuntsholing – Thimpu (altitude 7656ft, approx 178kms)
Morning after completion of entry formalities proceed to Thimpu. En-route have a glimpse of Chukha/Tala hydel project,Takti Chu.
Day 03: In Thimpu
Full day visit at Thimphu. Overnight at the hotel.Visit: National Memorial Chorten(Stupa): (This Chorten was built (1974) in honor of late King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk, “The Father of Modern Bhutan”), BBS Tower,Changangkha Lhakhang(Temple), Takin Preservation Centre, Folk Heritage museum, Tashichho Dzong (Fortress).
Day 04: Thimpu – Punakha/Wangdue. (75 km, 2.1/2 hours)-Thimpu
Morning drive to Punakha taking a short stop at Dochula pass (3,080m) and Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fortress of the Kingdom which now houses the School for religious and cultural studies.Visit Punakha Dozng.Evening free in fascinating Punakha valley. Overnight stay at Thimpu.
Day 05:Thimpu – Paro(altitude 7524ft, approx 65 kms,)
Morning depart for Paro. Visit: Bird Eye View Point of Paro Airport, Rinpong Dzong , National museum ("Ta-Dzong"), visit:Drugyel Dzong(Built in 1646,now it remains as ruin), Kichu Lhakhang, Pachu River Bed and Ugyen Pelri Palace.
Day 06:Depart for Rail Station/Bagdogra Airport.
